Young Celebrations began in January 2016.
I became a Marriage Celebrant after a fateful conversation with some friends following their engagement in 2014. I suggested, somewhat tongue-in-cheek, that I officiate the wedding. They were both surprised and delighted and promptly went about researching what was required to become a Commonwealth Registered Civil Celebrant.
In a whirlwind 12 months thereafter, I gained my official licence and had the absolute pleasure and privilege of presiding over two weddings for close friends. Both experiences provided me with such reward that I have continued to develop my business and as it grows, so does my enthusiasm and passion for my remarkable role.
I have married 15 couples and I am looking forward to a busy and celebration-filled 2017/18 summer.
Every wedding I preside over, I deliver a unique and relaxed experience that fulfils the wishes of the couple and allows them to fully immerse themselves in the moment, without apprehension.
